My approach is based in healthy eating, incorporating nutritious, delicious, and healing foods that nurture your body and exercises and meditations that feed your soul. I work with people that want to improve their relationship with food, I support them in achieving their ideal weight without following a diet.

Why diets don’t work?
We are all unique, diets assume we are all equal, but in reality someones food can be someones poison. Some people thrive on carbs and some people cannot digest carbs. Additionally diets are difficult to sustain, you cannot live on a diet. This is why many people gain back the weight they lost when they stop dieting.
Diets are also restrictive of the foods that your body craves, have you got a nagging craving? That is your body trying to tell you something, you may need water, you may need more energy, you may need comfort, you may be low in magnesium. That is right chocolate is quite high in magnesium!
So instead you can listen to your body, understand what your body needs, give your body the right foods to mantain energised, to balance your mood and to loose weight.
I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that we look at how all areas of your life are connected. Many people have weight issues because there are other aspects of their life that they are not happy about.
My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, or proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.

Many nutrition experts give their clients a list of foods to avoid and foods to eat, which explains why so many people are turned off by nutrition. My approach is different – by eating and drinking foods that are good for you, you will naturally have less room and desire for unhealthy foods. Simply put, you will “crowd out” the unhealthy food in your diet. This takes a little practice to make happen, but I will support you all the way.
Each of us has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Cravings play a critical role in understanding what your body needs and shouldn’t be ignored. When you learn how to deconstruct your cravings and understand what they’re really telling you, you will be able to reclaim a sense of balance and harmony.
