Ingredients:

  • 1 aubergine
  • 1 pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup of mushrooms
  • 2 potatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 zucchini

Directions:

Cut all the vegetables into fries. Put them in a bowl and add 3 tbsp coconut oil, 2 tablespoons of salt, 2 tablespoons of black pepper and 2 tablespoons of garlic powder. Mix everything and put it in the oven for about 30 minutes at 200 ° C.
