Ingredients:

  • 5 medjool dates
  • 5 figs
  • 2 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 100 gr of oats
  • 2 tbsp of coconut oil

Preparation:

Place the nuts and oats into a food processor and blend them until they form a chunky flour, then add the dates (Take the pit out first!) the figs, coconut oil and peanut butter.

Blend everything together until a sticky mix forms. Roll the mixture into balls. They’re nice straight away, but they’re even better when they’ve set a little in the fridge so try to give them twenty minutes before eating.
