Freeze a couple of bananas without skins and cut into pieces (I use one banana per person)


  1. 2 Frozen bananas
  2. 2Tbs of raw cacao powder
  3. 1Tbs of chia seeds
  4. 1 Tbs of flaxseeds
  5. 1Tbs of coconut oil
  6. 2 Tbs of almond butter
  7. Vanilla and cinnamon to tase
  8. A dash of coconut milk/almond milk
  9. Optionally add nuts of choice for decoration!


Mix everything with a hand mixer or  in your food processor.

Optionally put it again in the freezer for 1 hour! You can keep a large batch in the freezer for when you like a nice treat.
