Freeze a couple of bananas without skins and cut into pieces (I use one banana per person)
- 2 Frozen bananas
- 2Tbs of raw cacao powder
- 1Tbs of chia seeds
- 1 Tbs of flaxseeds
- 1Tbs of coconut oil
- 2 Tbs of almond butter
- Vanilla and cinnamon to tase
- A dash of coconut milk/almond milk
- Optionally add nuts of choice for decoration!
Mix everything with a hand mixer or in your food processor.
Optionally put it again in the freezer for 1 hour! You can keep a large batch in the freezer for when you like a nice treat.
