Ingredients:

  • 3 Bananas crushed
  • 4 tbsp chia
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup buckwheat flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Directions:

Pre- heat the oven to 170 ° C. Put in the blender the almond milk , 3 tablespoons of  coconut oil and the apple cider vinegar . Then add 3 crushed bananas , the chia , the buckwheat flour and the chopped nuts . Liquate all together until smooth . Distribute it in containers for muffins and bake for about 35 minutes

(Optional) Decorate with chocalate nibs
