Ingredients:
- Bean sprouts
- Mushrooms
- Tomatoes
- Rocket salad (or any green leaves)
Optional dressing: Extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar and one spoon of soya sauce.
Directions:
1.Sprout your beans of choice, by soaking them in water for 8 hours, and then leave them in a drainer covered for 1 day.
Note: After that, you should rinse them 2 times a day, the sprout can be eaten raw when they are 2 inches long.
2.Sauteed the mushrooms in a bit of coconut oil, with seasoning(salt,pepper,soya sauce)
