  • 1 cup of canned beans (make sure they do not have much sugar or are highly processed)
  • 1 Tbsp of hummus
  • 1 tbsp of pesto
  • corn to taste (check the sugar)
  • Cheese (grated cheese)
  • Cucumber


Heat the beans in a pan for a coule of min. Serve all the ingredients in a plate and add the grated cheese and the corn to taste. Cut the cucumber in slices and serve it as accompaniment.
