- 2-3 Tbsp of cooked beans
- handful of shredded carrots
- handful of baby spinach
- Handful of diced cucumbers
- ½ diced avocado
- 3 Tbs of cooked quinoa
- Wholemeal wrap
Mix everything in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste. Put the mix in your wrap, roll it up! and voila.
