• 2-3 Tbsp of cooked beans
  • handful of shredded carrots
  • handful of baby spinach
  • Handful of diced cucumbers
  • ½ diced avocado
  • 3 Tbs of cooked quinoa
  • Wholemeal wrap



Mix everything in a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste. Put the mix in your wrap, roll it up! and voila. 

Benefits:  Avocados are loaded with fiber!
