  • 1 cup and 1/2 of oats

  • 6 tablespoons of maple syrup
  • Cinnamon and nutmeg to taste


Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Gradually add all the ingredients in a bowl. Mix everything and if the texture is too thick, add a little of water. Bake them for 15 min. Turn the balls and leave for 5 min.

You can also eat them raw.

You can leave them in the refrigerator for 5 days.

Benefits: They contain vitamin A, it is a good snack for before exercise.
