Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup of oats
  • 1 cup of milk( I like with almond milk)
  • 2 tbs of chia seeds
  • 1 banana mashed
  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 handful of almonds
  • 1/2 tbsp of cacao powder (without sugar)
  • Optional – Honey and fresh berries!

Directions:

Place the oats and chia seeds in a saucepan with the milk and half sliced banana.

Simmer for 10 min approx. Add the coconut oil and the cacao and stir well. Meanwhile chop the almonds. Finally serve the cooked oats in a bowl and add the other half banana and chopped almonds.

You can add some berries and honey too..

Super quick tip: You can also leave all the chia, oats, almonds, and cacao powder soaking in milk the night before, next day just warm up a little and add the mashed banana. Oats don’t need cooking when you soak them!
