- 1 cup of cauliflower in the food processor
- 6 tbsp of chikpeas flour
- 2 tbsp of avocado oil
- 1 tsp of miso
- 1 tbsp of tahini
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 2 tbsp of linseed
- 1 tbsp of coriander
- Salt and pepper to taste
Put all the ingredients in a food processor. Make a burger shape and cook in medium heat for 10 min aprox.
