coliflor

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cauliflower in the food processor
  • 6 tbsp of chikpeas flour
  • 2 tbsp of avocado oil
  • 1 tsp of miso
  • 1 tbsp of tahini
  • 1 tsp of garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp of linseed
  • 1 tbsp of coriander
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Put all the ingredients in a food processor. Make a burger shape and cook in medium heat for 10 min aprox.
