- 1 cup of almond/coconut milk
- 1 tbsp of cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp of coconut oil
- 1 tsp of maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- (optional) 1 tsp of gelatine powder (for collagen)
- (optional) 1 tsp of maca powder (for energy)
Warm up the milk, don’t let it boil. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
