• 1 cup of almond/coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp of coconut oil
  • 1 tsp of maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • (optional) 1 tsp of gelatine powder (for collagen)
  • (optional) 1 tsp of maca powder (for energy)


Warm up the milk, don’t let it boil. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.

Serve warm and enjoy!
