• A cup of blended strawberries
  • 1/2 cup of diced strawberries
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 2 or 3 tbsp of maple syrup or stevia
  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds


Mix all the ingredients. Add the chia seeds. Let stand for an hour in the fridge and voila!

Benefits: Strawberries are an excellent source of vitamin C.
