Ingredients:
- A cup of blended strawberries
- 1/2 cup of diced strawberries
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- 2 or 3 tbsp of maple syrup or stevia
- 2 tbsp of chia seeds
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients. Add the chia seeds. Let stand for an hour in the fridge and voila!
Benefits: Strawberries are an excellent source of vitamin C.
