- 3 cups rolled oats (not instant)
- 1/2 cup of quinoa pop
- 5 tbs chia seeds
- 1/2 cup amaranto pop
- 2 cups mixed nuts and seeds of your choice. I like to use walnuts, pecans, almonds, sunflower seeds, hemp seeds.
- 1 cup mixed dried fruit. For example raisins, dates, fruit-juice-sweetened cranberries, chopped apricots, and unsweetened coconut
- 1 tsbp of cinnamon
Add all the ingredients of your choice in a container, mix them and serve with milk of your choice.. ..
and voila your healthy cereal is ready to eat!
