Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cooked chickpeas
  • 3 tbsp of tahini
  • 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 ts of ground cumin
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 ts of salt
  • Aprox 100 ml of water (gradually add water because to mix well)

Preparation:

In you food processor blend the chickpeas and add all ingredients one by one, while you mix, stir with a spoon, making sure everything is properly mixed.

Benefits: 

  • Chickpeas can lower cholesterol and great source of protein!
