- 1 cup of cooked chickpeas
- 3 tbsp of tahini
- 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 ts of ground cumin
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 ts of salt
- Aprox 100 ml of water (gradually add water because to mix well)
In you food processor blend the chickpeas and add all ingredients one by one, while you mix, stir with a spoon, making sure everything is properly mixed.
