• 200 gr of pasta (I like brown rice or quinoa pasta)
  • 1 Cup of soya minced meat/ or cooked kidney beans
  • 1tbs of coconut oil
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 4 Mushrooms
  • 1 tbs Sesame seeds
  • 1 cup of Kale
  • 1/2 cups of spinach
  • Extra Virgin Olive oil and salt to taste


Cook the pasta,  meanwhile saute the soya mince in coconut oil for about 10 minutes (you could replace this with cooked beans)

Mix everything in the pan and cover for about 5 minutes!

Serve with olive oil and sesame seeds.

Benefits: Brown rice contains a lot of protein , pumpkin is rich in magnesium and broccoli is detoxifying!
