Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of Brown lentils
  • 2 Onions
  • 6 chopped tomatoes
  • 2 diced cloves of garlic
  • A pinch of cumin
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp of Soya sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sauerkraut
  • Water- For 1 cup of lentils, 2 cups of water

Preparation:

Cut the onion into small pieces. Add all the ingredients and cook them for 30 min aprox.

Once cooked, add the sauerkraut to taste. Serve with quinoa. (To see how I cook quinoa click here) I love eating with olives.

Benefits: Quinoa and the lentils are full of preoteins. The sauerkraut is a natural probiotic that helps digestion.
