  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cucumber
  • olives
  • hummus
  • tomatoes
  • grated cheese
  • Optional (serve with corn chips or quinoa)


Grate the carrot and cucumber. Put the olives in the middle of the plate and place the other ingredients around. Serve with corn chips (find that they are made with just oil and salt. If possible, organic)
