
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs / or Chia eggs (2 spoons of chia and 6 spoons of water)
- ½ cup oats
- 1 Tbs of coconut oil
- a splash of nut milk ( I like coconut or almond)
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch or cinnamon
- maple syrup, to serve (optional)
- fresh fruit of your choice, to serve
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients well, add milk last so that you can get a good texture. Optionally you can put in your blender for a smooth texture.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and fry your pancakes until golden.
- Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup and fresh fruit of your choice
Benefits: Oats are good for digestion and reducing cholesterol, chia seeds good source of Omega 3.
