1/3 cup of oats
2 tbsp of chía seed
1 tsp of cinnamon
1 banana or strawberries
1/2 cup of almond milk
Nuts or seeds (I like with almonds or sunflower seeds)
Optional 1 tbsp of coconut oil or honey
In a bowl leave the oats soaking in water, chia seeds , nuts and cinnamon. You can leave it in the fridge.
The next day, add the fruit and 1/2 cup of milk, you can heat the oatmeal if like me you don’t want to eat it cold .
Benefits: Source in Vitamin E. Coconut oil is a healthy fat.
