Ingredients
  • 3 Eggs / or Chia eggs (3 spoons of chia and 9 spoons of water)
  • 1/4 cup of oats
  • 1 Tbs of coconut oil
  • 1 cup of milk ( I like coconut or almond)
  • 3 tbsp of peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • A handful of spinach
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp of bircabonate of soda or apple cider vinegar
  • 2 spoon cacao powder (without sugar)
  • maple syrup, to serve (optional)
  • fresh fruit of your choice, to serve
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients well in the blender until you get a nice texture, not too runny or thick.
  2. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and fry your pancakes until golden. You need to wait until you see bubbles to flip them.
  3. Serve with a drizzle of maple syrup, fresh fruit of your choice
