Pumpkin Spice Milkshake recipe



  • 1/3 cup of cooked pumpkin
  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup or sweetener of choice (optional)
  • 3/4 cup almond/coconut milk (or milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 Ts cinnamon
  • (optional – spoon of hemp protein)



Put everything in your blender and voila!
