remolacha

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of beetrot in the food processor
  • 1/2 cup of cooked quinoa
  • 3 tbsp of chikpeas flour
  • Tahini oil (or olive oil)
  • 2 tbsp of hydrated seeds
  • Salt,pepper and oregano to taste

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Make a burger shape and cook in medium heat for 10 min aprox.
