Ingredients:
- 1 cup of beetrot in the food processor
- 1/2 cup of cooked quinoa
- 3 tbsp of chikpeas flour
- Tahini oil (or olive oil)
- 2 tbsp of hydrated seeds
- Salt,pepper and oregano to taste
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Make a burger shape and cook in medium heat for 10 min aprox.
