Ingredients:

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 turnip
  • coconut oil
  • olive oil
  • salt

Directions:

Pre heat the oven to 180 ° C. Cut the turnip, place it on the baking sheet, put coconut oil and mix to soak it. Bake it for 40 min approx.

Cut the zucchini in chips shape with a mandolin and cook with a little olive oil and salt for 5 min approx.
